Another childhood video game legend calls it a career. Frank Thomas will be missed. Since he entered the bigs from his days playing football and baseball at Auburn he really changed the face of the game. While he spent most of his career as a DH, I still believe he is HOF (Hall of Fame) bound. Unless of course he is on someones list of players that may have done something they shouldn't have. O wait, never mind, in his press conference with Toronto he blamed himself for the steroid use in baseball since other players had to get big like him...
I don't know if I buy all that, but he was fun to watch, even if he had stone hands on first and couldn't leg out a double if he tried....
